Many owners have chosen to commission highly personal Bespoke examples that extend beyond traditional luxury customisation. Following a development programme covering 2.5 million kilometres, Rolls-Royce engineers have continued operating prototype vehicles under real-world conditions. One recently retired development car retained 99% of its battery capacity after more than 100,000 kilometres driven across different climates and charging conditions, providing further evidence of the battery system’s long-term resilience.
That engineering confidence is supported by a fifteen-year unlimited-mileage battery warranty available for every new and existing Spectre. Rolls-Royce has also confirmed the future availability of replacement battery cells extending well beyond the middle of this century, reinforcing its commitment to supporting owners for decades to come.
A newly released photographic series accompanies this latest chapter in Spectre’s story. Positioned beside a 1965 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud Coupé in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the images draw a visual connection between two generations of collector automobiles.
